Police in Spring Hill are issuing a reminder for residents.
With the weather getting nicer, you’ll see a lot more people riding around bikes and police just want everybody to be safe. There are laws for cyclists in Tennessee, one of those being that they must stop at all traffic lights and stop signs.
Cyclists must also yield to pedestrians in crosswalks. For people in vehicles, remember that there must be at least 3 feet of space between the cyclist and your vehicle when passing.
This again, is just to just keep in mind so everybody can stay safe on the road this Summer. More on this HERE
