September is National Suicide Prevention Month and to mark the occasion, police officers in Mt Juliet will be adding a new sticker to their patrol cars.
A semicolon decal will be added to cars, as its’ become a popular symbol for the cause. In literature, a semicolon is used when a sentence could’ve ended, but kept going on. They’re hoping that seeing the decals remind people that there is hope and help out there.
