If you noticed this in the skies over the weekend, there’s a reason for it.
Hundreds of thousands of birds are flying across Davidson County and the state of Tennessee as they get into their fall migration. This site called BirdCast tracks migration and it was a busy weekend here in Middle TN with millions of birds flying through.
Last night alone saw just under half a million birds flying in Davidson County. This is pretty cool and you can even see what species of birds may be passing through.
