Door-to-door solicitors could soon see bigger penalties for ignoring “no soliciting” signs.
They’ve been having this problem over in Hermitage and now Metro Council is working on passing a bill that would give harsher punishment, also keep track of violations and could revoke the permits of offenders. Residents can submit complaints about solicitors through HubNashville and can also add their address to the “no-knock” list there, as well.
