A new report gives TN a “C” grade, saying the state hasn’t done enough to keep cellphones out of classes. Last year, lawmakers passed a bill that allow s school districts to prohibit cell phones up to the entire school day, but does not require it. So in lots of places kids just hop on the cell between classes and at lunch.
