Downtown Franklin is getting a new city hall, park, plaza and underground parking and we just got the renderings. It looks amazing and will expand the plaza and pedestrian areas near the square, create public meeting spaces, and update the sidewalks and streetscape with seating, gardens, shade trees and a fountain.
The 200 underground parking spots will also help out tremendously.
