Ahead of the winter season, NES is offering an optional protection plan for electrical equipment.
NES has partnered with HomeServe to offer a protection plan which would cover broken or frayed permanent wiring or fuse boxes. With the ice storms, a lot of homeowners had to pay out of pocket for broken equipment, so this coverage would help with those types of expenses.
If you get a letter about the new coverage, you have 30 days to respond.
