We’re one step closer to renaming BNA for Dolly. The Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority voted unanimously Friday to begin the process of changing the airport’s name. And here’s the answer to the question everybody’s asking: will the 3-letter designation BNA stay? Yes. It honors Col. Harry S. Berry, who helped build the airport in 1939. The official name, however, will become Dolly Parton International Airport.
