Yesterday, on the same day as Dolly Parton’s passing, weather teams are monitoring a new tropical storm that’s developing and guess what the name of it is?
Yep.. it’s Dolly.
And no, it wasn’t named as a tribute.. it’s actually been on the list since 1991. The potential Tropical Storm Dolly is forming in the Atlantic down by Africa. It isn’t expected to make it’s way towards us.
