Clarksville leaders are hoping to add some exits along I-24 in Montgomery County. The population has increased so much in recent years that Montgomery County now qualifies for additional exits under federal guidelines. Discussions are underway with the Tennessee Department of Transportation about potential new exits near the existing Exit 4 and Exit 8 interchanges.
