A major sidewalk project is on the way for Franklin which will connect Ladd Park to Pearl Park.
The project will have a five-foot-wide, mile-long sidewalk constructed along Carothers Parkway. This is something residents have been asking about for a couple years now and it’s being fast-tracked. Since it’s such a big project, it’s still gonna take a little while to be completed and is expected to be done by 2028.
