The Metro Nashville Public Schools Board of Education just got a new member for the year.
Hume-Fogg Academic Magnet High School rising- junior Hannah Said will join the board, joining Martin Luther King Jr Academic Magnet High’s Ava Dakash as student members, representing 80-thousand students next school year. The students hold non-voting positions, but will be able to offer perspectives in discussions and debates.
