Something tells me the true number is a lot higher than this.. but the numbers are in.
Metro Parks is estimating around 6,000 trees were destroyed or broken across the parks during the ice storm. Crews have been working hard to assess the damage and clear debris. As of yesterday, only 10 parks remain closed, but some are hoping to reopen to day.
