After the craziness of the last 2 weeks, NES has announced that they’ll be re-evaluating tree trimming and will look at burying power lines.
On Friday night, they reached “full restoration” to customers. Again, we want to thank the line workers who were out there working long hours to restore power. Also, the customer service teams who fielded calls and did their best to support.. a lot of those calls I’m sure weren’t the most uhh… level-headed… so just know that you are appreciated for your long hours too!
