Decades after they were high school classmates, this couple reconnected and started dating.. now, after 13 years together, they finally got married in the TriStar Centennial Medical Center ICU. William is a Marine veteran who was set to be transferred into hospice care.. his final wish was to marry the love of his life, Marlene.
The winter storm ruined their plans to have a ceremony earlier this week so they had to do it in the hospital, but the TriStar ICU team made it a ceremony to remember. They had music, decorations, family and friends on FaceTime and even cheesecake for the couple to celebrate.
