Speaking of snow, NDOT and TDOT are preparing for the winter weather, as well.
This year, some students at Metro Nashville Public Schools got to name some of the new snow plows. We now have Dolly Plowton, Blizzard of Oz, Music City Plow, and Frosty the Snow Plow in our fleet. Those are great names, I especially love the Blizzard of Oz.
36 of the city’s 45 snow plows are actually new and will help even more roads get cleared after a snow storm.
