This Is How NDOT Is Preparing For Snow This Season

As we get deeper into the winter weather season, NDOT is sharing their new snow removal plan.

The plan is different than last year because it features 80 snow-removal routes, which adds about 600,000 new miles of roads getting treated every storm. They also have 45 snowplows, over 9,000 tons of salt, 100,000 gallons of brine solution and more.

They’ve also made technology upgrades to 36 of those new snow plow trucks.
