The search is in full-swing for a new Titans head coach.
The team’s general manager just shared what they’re looking for through the process. They want somebody with a clear vision and high standards who isn’t afraid of conflict and holding people accountable.
There’s no timeline for the hiring process and it seems like they’ve got some great candidates lined up for interviews. Over the next few days, they’ll be speaking to coaching staff from the Chiefs, Colts, Cowboys, Browns and Falcons.
