A new scam is hitting residents in Belle Meade and this is one we haven’t seen before, or at least I haven’t.
Residents have been getting letters in their mailbox which claim that they owe a tip for garbage services. The letter then offers an address to mail money to. Residents are asked NOT to send any money or gifts to that address and instead, report it to Belle Meade City Hall or the police department.
