Starting this year, a change is coming for this profession.
Tennessee will now require state licensing for bail bondsmen. The state created a new Board of Professional Bondsmen where everybody must register and then local courts will decide who can operate in their jurisdictions after that’s complete.
All bondsmen must be registered by March 1st to legally operate. Details HERE
