Bail Bondsmen Must Now Hold State Licensing Thanks To New Law

Starting this year, a change is coming for this profession.

Tennessee will now require state licensing for bail bondsmen. The state created a new Board of Professional Bondsmen where everybody must register and then local courts will decide who can operate in their jurisdictions after that’s complete.
