A new feature has already been taken off of this ride share’s app.
Lyft just got rid of the feature that allowed drivers to see how often riders tip before accepting a ride. Customers were obviously not happy about this because it means that getting a ride could be even more difficult. For a driver it showed things like “rider tipped on 88% of rides” or “rider is usually ready at pickup” which is obviously beneficial to the driver, but that’s it.
So the feature is gone and it doesn’t seem like it’ll make a comeback. Read more about it HERE
