We’re in the middle of bird migration season here in Middle TN and there are some really cool birds to check out before they start traveling out of town.
Lucky for us, the Tennessee Department of Tourist Development just put out a guide of each bird, plus where you may be able to spot them. Purple Martins and Crows are hanging in the downtown Nashville area, Cliff Swallows are known to nest under bridges in Ashland City, plus large numbers of Bald Eagles are known to hang by Reelfoot Lake in the winter.
