The next time you’re at the Nashville Zoo, you’ll have to go say hi to the newest resident!
A baby spotted fanaloka pup was born at the zoo about 2 weeks ago and just made her social media debut yesterday. She’s so adorable and what’s special about the fanaloka is that they’re nocturnal and native to Madagascar.. they’re also pretty tiny and resemble ferrets mixed with cats.
Check her out HERE
You can also try to see her at the zoo’s HCA Healthcare Veterinary Center! If they’re looking for name suggestions, I have one.. Bella. As in, “Bella- where have you been, fanaloka?!” (Twilight fans will understand)
