This is something to note as we’re making our way through the first part of the school year.
Down in Franklin, police have made about 50 traffic stops in school zones and there’s only been 2 weeks of school. They want to enforce traffic safety in those zones and that includes stopping violators for speeding, using phones and improper passing. Just another reminder that staying alert in school zones can be life-saving.
