The school year just started, but we’re already talking about outstanding teachers and a huge acknowledgement.
A teacher out in Collierville was just named Tennessee’s Teacher of the Year! Dr. Brandi De La Cruz is a math teacher at Collierville High School and is being recognized for her work both in and beyond the classroom. 3 other Tennessee teachers were recognized, as well as multiple educators in the Novice award.
