Those new multi-family apartment projects seem to be everywhere. In Hendersonville right now, there are reportedly 40 subdivisions under construction. Community members are dealing with road issues and traffic congestion, so the board of Mayor and Aldermen have voted yes, to pass a nine-month moratorium on new permits for high-density apartment construction. It’ll go to a second vote in two weeks.
