A Facebook post is going viral, but law enforcement wants you to know that it’s a scam.
Police in Bowling Green are confirming that a post which claims that a female police officer in Kentucky is missing and endangered is a scam. They say this kind of hoax is made so that users will share it and then later, the scammers will edit it to include harmful links.
