If you’re a high school senior who loves to help the community, this could be for you!
The Franklin Fire Department is recruiting seniors for a new program which would allow the students to become “firefighter interns.” They would see what it takes to work at a fire station and hopefully, fill some open positions.
The Summer program is 18 weeks long and students would be paid around $20 an hour, plus they’d get their firefighting certificate after they graduate. Applications are due by March 21st and they have 6 internship positions open. Details HERE
