Talk about hands-on experience.. students at McGavock High School are taking on a huge project as they launched “Raider Bites” – a student-operated food truck!
The students will be involved in every aspect from planning the menu to doing interactions and food prep. Digital design students will work with the truck as well to design graphics and promotional materials.
