Metro Nashville PD are going a step further to make sure everybody’s safe.
On Friday, they announced that they’ll add a work shift called the D shift, from noon to 10:30pm each day, effective immediately. This will have 41 officers, 5 sergeants and one lieutenant on duty to make sure that everything’s running smoothy in some of the highest-need hours.
