Nashville is actually the 2nd priciest city in Tennessee to rent a one-bedroom in the state. Sandwiched between Franklin which took 1st place and Spring Hill, which came in 3rd. If you’re on the hunt for something more affordable and you don’t mind a little more of a commute, Clarksville and Gallatin were 2 of the most affordable cities, but out in Cookeville is the most affordable in the state.
