Whether it cools down or not out there, Fall still means football season and Vols fans have a new collectable to add to the shelf.
The National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum, which is a real thing, just released a “Top 25 Ranking Bobblehead Series.” This features Smokey, the team’s mascot, and little block numbers that you can adjust every week to reflect the team’s ranking.
