Whenever tragedy strikes, we’re reminded to look for the helpers and as always, the helpers were not hard to find.. especially in Maury County where the most devastation occurred.
Volunteers from local churches and organizations like Convoy of Hope and Mercy Chefs assembled at Howell Elementary School to help hundreds of their neighbors by providing food, water and other supplies. County officials said there will be a check-in area for volunteers, contractors and affected residents at the Randolph Howell Elementary School and they’ll be there every day starting at 7am.
