A 2nd Nashville car booting company is being forced to refund people after they were found to be illegally booting people. Apex Parking Enforcement is now on probation until they offer everyone a refund for operating without a license from June 2023 to January 2024. This includes the lot EVERYBODY gets booted in at Edgehill Village (and by everybody, I mean me).
