It’s official! The East Bank development plan is a “go!”
Last night the deal was approved unanimously, with the exception of one abstention due to conflict of interest. There’s like 30 acres which will be developed, which includes the new stadium, affordable housing, hotels, transit, parking, office space and a new Tennessee Performing Arts Center.
