Beware of pranks today.. it’s April Fool’s Day.. but April 1st also kicks off an important week here in Middle Tennessee.. it’s the state’s 3rd annual “Food Waste Prevention Week!”
This week is meant to inform about the importance of reducing food waste through different events like cooking demonstrations, composting classes and food drives. It’s kicking off with a cooking and tasting event tonight at TSU called “No Food Left Behind” which you can actually join online on Zoom!
