If you’ve got a high schooler, the deadline for standard registration for the March SAT is today (Friday, February 23rd) and this year, students won’t even have to sharpen their pencils to take it.
For the first time, students will take the SAT electronically! They say it is also shorter than the older test, only 2 hours and 14 minutes to complete rather than 3 hours. Students can request to still take the test with a pencil, if they prefer to. There are 2 other test dates scheduled for this Spring on May 4th and June 1st.
