The Tennessee Valley Authority is warning that a peak power demand could cause issues for some customers.
Electric companies say that the highest demand could happen on Wednesday morning into early afternoon because of the sub-zero temperatures. There are a couple things they say you can do, to help lessen the amount of power you’re using like postpone using hot water, not using large appliances, safely lowering your thermostat by a few degrees.
