There’s just something warm and inviting when you’re smelling that familiar scent of pumpkin spice. Apparently, there’s also some major health benefits too when there’s not much sugar involved. According to a new article by The Record & Landmark, these are the Top 10 benefits of adding pumpkin spice to your Fall diet:
- High in fiber

- Contains heart-healthy pumpkin seeds
- Offers omega-3 fatty acids
- Abundant in beta-carotene
- Great source of Vitamin A
- Enhanced with nutmeg for stomach health
