Metro Nashville is cracking down once again on short-term rentals.
They sent out a bunch of warning notices last week to properties that are operating without a valid permit. You need a permit to rent, advertise or operate a short-term rental in Nashville and a lot of people don’t follow that. Owners who got a warning last week will have until mid-next month to get things together.
