Maybe we bit off more than we could chew with this one.
Turns out, the new hotel being planned for the East Bank will NOT be open in time for the Super Bowl in 2030. According to the developers, the plan was always to open in Summer 2030, which is after the Super Bowl.. and that’s been the plan because the Super Bowl wasn’t even announced when they started planning the hotel.
Construction isn’t even expected to begin on this project until July.
