One of our favorite events at the Nashville Zoo has been canceled this year due to visa issues.
Zoolumination, the country’s largest Chinese lantern festival, which takes place every year at the Nashville Zoo since 2019 will no longer take place. The artists who create the displays always come from China to complete the display, but this year, they were denied and the zoo wasn’t able to find a solution to have it continue.
The Zoo has a new holiday light-show this year that we can still look forward to called “Glow Wild.” It features an 85-foot- tall Christmas Tree.
