4 Locally-Owned Small Businesses Forced Out Of Building At OneC1TY

4 locally-owned businesses will have to leave their locations at OneC1TY because developers are wanting to put in more apartments.

SandBar, Aloha Fish Co, Koko’s Ice Cream and Nosh Deserts will need to vacate their buildings by December 31st. Some of these businesses like SandBar have been there for almost a decade, and others like Aloha Fish Co moved in and did expensive renovations just a year ago. It’s just so sad because these businesses may not reopen after the closure.
