South Nashville Residents Petition For New Flight Paths From BNA

Residents in South Nashville are asking for a miracle when it comes to flight paths at BNA.

Thanks to the new departure headings, residents say that there’s a major increase in planes flying over their homes which has caused constant noise. Neighbors say that loud planes can be heard every 2 to 5 minutes in some cases, making it hard to even sit outside to have a conversation.

This all only started recently after the new departure headings became permanent last year. There’s a group called Course Correct Nashville that you can join if you’ve noticed this in your community too.
