Yesterday, we told you that fans of Dolly Parton here in Middle TN have been honoring her throughout the city and Fox 17 came up with this list of memorials, in case you’d like to go pay respects, as well.
Fans are welcome to leave candles, notes, flowers and more at Dolly’s star on the Music City Walk of Fame, outside of her Brentwood home, at the Grand Ole Opry and outside of the Country Music Hall of Fame has a community memorial book that you can go sign. That’ll be delivered to her family at a later date. Details HERE
Some local businesses are paying tribute to her as well, like Loveless Cafe is serving pink biscuits this week to honor Dolly. Urban Dog Bar has a special pink cocktail for the week and will donate a portion of the proceeds to the Imagination Library.
Out in Cookeville, a hair salon is doing discounted “Dolly Blowouts” and will also donate a portion to the Imagination Library. Details on that HERE
