Tennessee students are back in school and elementary students will see more recess time thanks to a new law.
The only problem is, meeting the new recess requirement is hard when it’s 100 degrees outside. Some schools have moved recess inside, but the issue they’re coming into with that is that there’s just not enough room for that.
