Mark this on the calendar!
Metro Police’s Annual Night Out Against Crime event will take place on a new date this year. Tuesday, October 6th will be the big day, rather than hosting the event in August like in years past. They’re hoping this will give families a bit of a reprieve from the extreme heat and also get adjusted to their back-to-school schedule.
Locations will be announced soon, but all 9 precincts and specialized units are planning to attend the events.
