A new construction moratorium could be put in place in Gallatin.
City council is voting tonight on having their planning commission “evaluate” the moratorium on new, multi-family developments. This has been discussed for years, but nothing has been set yet. Other cities in Middle TN have considered the same thing or put the pause in place.
