Clarksville Pike Dedicated to Sen. Thelma Harper

A portion of Clarksville Pike is now known as Sen. Thelma Harper Parkway. The Dedication ceremony was held Saturday. Harper was the first Black woman elected to the Tennessee Senate.  Details HERE.
