We have to talk about this local 9-year-old this morning because he’s a finalist in a major competition!
Elliot Hendrix from Williamson County is a finalist in the Bob Ross contest for “America’s Most Artistic Kid.” When Elliot was just a toddler, he was diagnosed with retinoblastoma, which led him to now wear a prosthetic eye.
After starting school, art became his outlet and clearly he’s fantastic at it! Voting for the competition ends at 9pm tonight and we can all vote for him today to help him win this $20,000 prize!
He’s currently in 6th place.
